Campus activities and events
University of Deusto has different cultural events and competitions to partake in such as “Urban Landscapes” photography and drawing contest. They have an agenda of events that you can choose to attend. In addition, the University of Deusto has the Department of Sports provides a space for physical education and sports programs that seek enjoyment and healthy habits. They offer a variety of activities, outings, workshops and championships such as ballroom dancing, capoeira, yoga and tai-chi to martial arts.
Travel and Accommodation
It is recommended that you purchase your flights to Bilbao once you have your Letter of Acceptance. You can take a flight to Bilbao airport that is located 15 minutes by car from the University of Deusto and it has a coach service. In addition, Santander Airport is within one hour’s distance from Bilbao. For more information, please see University of Deusto webpage.
University of Deusto assists international students in finding accommodation. You should only apply to live in Accommodation as an exchange student only after you receive your Letter of Acceptance. For more information check out University of Deusto Accommodation.
Fees and costs
Whilst studying at University of Deusto, you don’t need to pay any tuition fees. However, some universities charge small fees for the use of facilities such as the Students’ Union. If you have any queries about any these charges, we recommend that you speak directly with the host university. You will be required to pay for the following: accommodation, meal plan, health insurance and books. Students accepted on Erasmus may also be eligible to receive the Erasmus+ grant.
