Campus activities and events

Incoming international exchange students to St Pölten University of Applied Sciences are invited  to attend a comprehensive Orientation WeekThis includes guided tours of the town of St. Pölten, a day trip to Vienna, and a host of hints and tips on how best to spend your time in Austria. Additionally, the International Student Network (ISN) supports incoming students and helps integration into the student community.  The university offers Campus Sports to students which includes yoga, Zumba, football and volleyball, to name but a few.

Travel and Accommodation

It is recommended that you purchase your flights to Vienna once you have your Letter of Acceptance. When you arrive at Vienna International Airport it is recommended to take a direct ÖBB train connection from Vienna

You should only apply to live in an accommodation as an exchange student only after you receive your Letter of Acceptance. There are three student dormitories in the immediate vicinity of the university: Campus Domus, Campus Villa and Wihast. Fees and costs

Whilst studying at St Pölten University of Applied Sciences   , you don’t need to pay any tuition fees. However, some universities charge small fees for the use of facilities such as the Students’ Union. If you have any queries about any these charges, we recommend that you speak directly with the host university. You will be required to pay for the following: accommodation, meal plan, health insurance and books. Students accepted on Erasmus may also be eligible to receive the Erasmus+ grant.
