All second year undergraduate students are eligible to participate in this opportunity which is open to all faculties. DMU staff will be accompanying all groups.

You are invited to experience Hong Kong Berlin in March 2018 with #DMUglobal, at the same time as the GREAT Festival of Innovation in Hong Kong, a flagship event created by the UK government to help business succeed on the global stage. Students will enjoy the usual mix of activities related to academic studies and broader cultural experiences whilst in this thriving city.
More information about each of the different trips available and detailed activities will be announced when this opportunity launches for applications.
While in Hong Kong, students will have time to absorb the region’s culture and engage in a variety of cultural experiences. Students are encouraged to take a boat tour to explore Hong Kong’s world-famous harbour and to get the best views of the city take the Peak Tram to Victoria Peak.
Also, when the sun goes down, you will have the chance to visit the Temple Street Night Market, a popular street bazaar, named after a Tin Hau temple located in the centre of its main drag, and a place so steeped in local atmosphere that it has served as the backdrop to many a memorable movie.
Travel and accommodation
Travel and accommodation for this opportunity will be booked by #DMUglobal. The #DMUglobal bursary will be deducted from the overall cost of the booking. Students will be required to pay the remainder via the DMU Online Store.
