Istanbul has the largest population in Turkey and is both the cultural and financial hub of the country. The city is located on both sides of the Bosphorus, a narrow strait between the Black Sea and the Marmara Sea which forms part of the boundary between the continents of Asia and Europe.
Istanbul will allow you to enjoy the many fascinating sights of historic and cultural interest, such as the Hagia Sophia museum of architectural significance, the Topkapi Palace museum and the stunning Blue Mosque, the last great mosque of the classical period.
Two sightseeing tours (a Bosphorus boat tour and historic peninsula) are included in the summer school programme, as well as free museum entry cards and a graduation ceremony and party.
